This review discusses the Norwegian artist Morten Torgersrud’s installation, Photographing the Barents Region. This work was exhibited at the Bergen National Academy of the Arts from 6–12 June, 2009, during the final assessment of Torgersrud’s three-year research at the Bergen Academy of the Arts on The National Norwegian Artistic Research Fellowship Programme.
